2025-2026 Parent Review Form

The Parent Review form allows families to inform ASU if their financial situation has changed since 2023. 

Use this form only if there has been a significant change in your family’s overall situation.

Important notes about the parent review process:

If your SAI is negative or zero you do not need to complete this form. Changes from this review do not guarantee an increase in aid

Reviews can only be complete if your student’s financial aid file is complete and the financial aid has been awarded. 

If your current parent situation is not listed on the eForm and you want to know if it is reviewable, please contact us and a counselor will work to assess your situation. Not all situations are reviewable per federal regulations.

University employees reviewing financial aid forms are mandatory reporters. Specific information related to acts of sexual harassment, which includes sexual assault, dating/domestic violence, and stalking, committed by an ASU student or employee, or that happened on ASU property, or in an ASU program or activity, must be reported. What Happens Next

The student begins the parent review process by clicking on the link below and submitting the initial eForm. 

A priority action will then appear on the parent's My ASU Guest access account to complete the eForm and submit documentation.

Changes resulting from this review do not guarantee an increase in aid.
